I like food. A lot.

Nah, not really missing any foods that I like. Well, unless you count pork bacon and authentic Mexican food.  Don't get me wrong, I still get my fix fulfilled, albeit not to the tastes and high expectations of a true connoisseur of Mexican/Latin food.

That's right, I've had these nachos a couple of times. Unfortunately, the restaurant that offered them recently removed them from their menu. Needless to say, I will not be returning to their establishment--I mean, these nachos were the business! Seriously, they were one of the tastiest items on their menu, but I digress...

Yep, yep! Still crock-potting it! Easy breezy Santa Fe Chicken!

Now, these nachos had a pretty funky combination: steak, shrimp, and chicken. It was pretty good, but not quite authentic Mexican food.

International selections from one of the infamous Abu Dhabi brunches. I hear some people frequent these brunches every weekend, but not the kid! For one, they are expensive ranging between $125-$399 AED per person. The food was terrific, but I don't think I could consume this much food on a weekly basis!

This lamb was ok, but it was overcooked; I'm sure I would have enjoyed it more if it had been cooked at medium temperature.

Tandoori chicken and mixed veggies! Yayyyy Chef Reak! Lol!

Until next time,
